Each crankshaft is meticulously modified by APE. Counterweights are reshaped and machined, sometimes referred to as "knife-edging," to reduce weight and narrow the profile. This modification allows for the crank to move through the oil mist with less drag, enhancing efficiency and performance. For models that benefit, oil holes are fluted to maintain more oil at the bearings, ensuring optimal lubrication and longevity.
Dynamically Race Balanced
